We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain the relationship history, and comply with applicable obligations. Technical logs are retained for the period required for security and diagnostics. Information may then be deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable measures including restricted access, form validation, anti-spam protection, and encrypted transmission. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or first-party analytics tools. It stores your language preference locally in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical signals, cookies, or storage required to verify that a submission is made by a person. Web fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which may receive technical data when fonts are loaded.

The website is intended for hospitality professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
